Pricing
PARC subscriptions are based on simple pricing tiers starting at $5,000 per year. Tiers are based on the turnover of the company (or unit) subscribing and whether it’s a for-profit or nonprofit entity.
- We do not charge based on the number of users, volume of use or amount of data stored in an account, with the exception of a modest surcharge for high-volume storage (more than 150GB).
- Accounts are defined by their contents. Many of our subscribers have multiple accounts with different contents depending on their purpose – internal management, client- or stakeholder-facing or open-access accounts for public dissemination. Discounts are available for multiple-account subscribers.
- Customized search-field labels and dropdowns are available at no charge. Creation of customized, white-labeled homepages or iframe installations, and SSO integration support, are available for a one-time fee. Optional data-upload services are available, as is adjusted international pricing.
- Accounts include complimentary optional two-factor authentication; administrative and non-administrative access; subscriber-controlled ID and password creation; and segregated-access rights, so that, for example, a vendor can upload materials into a client’s account and see only those files, not any others.
- Trial accounts are available at no charge and subscriptions are refundable in their first year on a pro-rated basis.
